MC Shan was without a doubt one of the biggest b-boys in his day. 1983 marked his breakthrough year with the Juice Crew All Stars. His classic hit "The Bridge" is the influence behind MC Shan's Yo! MTV Raps Puma sneaker. One of the immediate things you'll notice is the mis-matched colortones, staying true to Shan's style of mixing sneakers. A gold embroidery of the Queensborough Bridge can be seen on the side. Puma has also brought back the track jacket and the bucket hat as seen by MC Shan on the cover of his 1987 album "Down by Law". A red shirt with MC Shan striking a pose is also included.
