Just before the ball drops in a few days, we have updated our Air Force 1 Release Dates page with several of the models releasing in the first quarter of 2008. BBC (aka BILLIONAIRE BOYS CLUB) has updated their blog with a image of an upcomming NEW ERA 59Fifty cap. This is on display at the New York Flagship Store if you want to get a closer look. There are no release info at the moment. Stay tuned.
Gourmet has been making some noise in the sneaker industry with their newly introduced line of sneakers. Here we have a sneak peak into next Summer’s collection that features some similar models that are currently available in stores only in more vivid colors. It will be interesting to see how the line advances as they begin to remove themselves from the various models they have been using for inspiration. via Gourmet
A few weeks ago we gave you a first look at the upcoming Supra NS Skytops in an all white color up. The “Non Skate” line of Supra retooled the famous Skytop with an all black upper utilizing premium leather, patent leather, and textured suede. Just enough white was added with a bi-tone cup sole to finish off the luxurious look of the sneaker. Look for these early next year for $195.

What more can I say about these guys? I can safely say that everyone here has been a fan of the Crooks empire since its inception. There was always something respectable about the way the folks at Crooks & Castles have carried themselves as friends, designers, and businessmen.. how they’ve branded… in fact, perhaps the strongest, no-holds-barred branding of any in our category. The design and technicalities of the apparel are intact, and the sales and marketing strategies are leading the game. Personally, I just think the name alone is worth gold.
We’re happy to announce that that the guys have opened the doors to their flagship location on Melrose Ave. It’s everything you’d expect from a Crooks & Castles retail boutique, plus more. I’ll tell you what I didn’t expect: the amount of black marble wrapping the store, the Taschen books account upstairs, not to mention the top-notch accessories program [And trust, the product is much better in person (we know that it’s usually the other way around in Streetwear World)]. What about the sheer size of the space? Oh yeah, and then there’s the usual C&C line that you’ve all grown to know and love.
