The much anticipated Nike Air Max 1 Safari has been released in the US. Scheduled for Spring 2009, the sneaker has dropped early. The AM1 comes with a white base and several grey safari patterns on the upper in different tones. All in all definitely a nice execution of this sneaker classic.

KRINK x Nike Air Force 1 “1WORLD”
New York artist Craig “KR” Costello will be working with Nike to release his own take on the classic Air Force 1. “The Air Force 1 has been around for so long that my memories of it are simply as a shoe. Before all the hype and collectors… It has been a staple for decades and is a true iconic classic,” said KRINK. Raf Simons Pour La Vie Red Sneaker

Deadstock D got himself some new sneakers. I’m a big fan of Raf Simons and have a thing for red sneakers these days! Raf Simons Pour La vie. (which means for life in french) are really dope.
About:
Raf Simons (1968-) is a Belgian fashion designer. He studied Industrial design, but after a few years of self-study, he became a menswear designer in 1995. Initially, he worked with Walter Van Beirendonck in Paris, where he was exposed to the work of Martin Margielaand Jean-Paul Gaultier.
Collections
His collections (menswear only) are strongly influenced by youth culture albeit in an indirect way. He often combines strongly cut classic menswear with baggy streetwear-influenced items. Simons’ style has been described as highly influential. He is cited as being one of the most important innovators in contemporary menswear by the international press.[1]
He presents his collections twice a year, usually in Paris, but works and lives in Antwerp,Belgium. In his early years, his runway shows were unconventional: models running down a street or walking in a parking lot, on a bridge, around a photography studio.
His “Raf Simons” and “Raf by Raf Simons” collections are sold at Barneys and Seven inNew York and a variety of locations around the world; stockists are listed on the official website.
Raf Simons also launched a 12-piece collection of polo shirts and knitwear in 2008 as part of a collaboration with Fred Perry.
Nike Dunk High x St Pauli of Hamburg
With Barcelona and Milan coloways of the Hyperdunk recently dropping, it’s nice to see these St. Pauli Dunks. They don’t have the flashy colors or style of the Hyperdunks. Instead they fit the bad boy image of the of the Hamburg based football team. Featuring the pirate skull and cross bones, on a matching black and white colorway, and an ostrich skin swoosh, these keep the feel of the dark side.
These are a Europe only release and will be limited to only 500 pairs. Photos and info via SoleRedemption.

OriginalFake x Nike Air Max Series
After much anticipation and uncertainty, Nike Sportswear has finally dropped the official word on the release of the KAWS/OriginalFake Nike Air Max Series. Two styles will release including a white style in the traditional Air Max 90 format and the Jesse Leyva created Air Max 90 Current (with its Free sole) in black. Much like how OriginalFake has incorporated selected elements of technical fabric into their apparel, these shoes itself feature 4-way stretch fabrics with inspirations derived from Nike ACG. According to KAWS, the design goal was “…to create a simple shoe that I could wear, with subtle design elements someone could enjoy on a more personal level.” The shoes release on October 18th, 2008 at only two locations nationwide, Nike Sportswear at 21 Mercer and Nike Sportswear at The Montalbán.
